BUT THEY ARE WEARING MASKS. ONE MILWAUKEE ALDERMAN IS SO ANGRY HE’LL BE TAKING UP THE ISSUE THIS WEEK BEFORE THE COMMON COUNCIL CHILLING SURVEILLANCE VIDEO SHOWS THREE YOUNG MEN OR BOYS RUNNING FROM THE GAS STATION CARRYING A RIFLE, SECONDS AFTER TWO WOMEN AND TWO GIRLS WERE AMBUSHED IN THEIR CAR, SHOT MULTIPLE TIMES. HAVE TO BE REVIEWED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY, HE STILL WORKING ON THAT, BUT HE PLANS TO INTRODUCE IT NEXT TUESDAY. HE TELLS ME IT WOULD BE SIMILAR TO A BAN THAT WENT INTO EFFECT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR IN PHILADELPHIA, AFTER A RASH OF CRIMES. THERE COMMITTED BY PEOPLE WEARING MASKS, ALSO KNOWN AS BALACLAVAS. AND THOSE TWO CHILDREN ARE EXPECTED TO SURVIVE. NICK BOHR REPORTING LIVE IN MILWAUKEE. AND YOU CAN WATCH THAT SURVEILLANCE VIDEO AGAIN OF THE MEN RUNN
