Factory teams always have an huge advantage of $$$$ and being able to run things that are not available to the public….. until now!
Little sneak peak …….
The NEW Moto Hose 2024-2025 KX450 / KX450X Works Y Hose Kit includes: 2 - one piece Silicone Y hose with 3 ends. One Y hose eliminates the stock steel cross over tube running all the way to the water pump like the Factory Team. The second Y hose moves the temperature sensor to the cylinder like the factory team uses. 2 - Anodized Aluminum fittings, Hose Clamps, Gas Cap and Radiator Overflow Hose.
Colors: Green, Blue, Red and Now Purple!
As of right now our NEW Purple kits will not include a gas cap and overflow hose.
Decision haven’t been made yet for anodizing color but its down to Gold and Blue.
If you have been paying attention to what the Factory KTM/Hus/GAS 250 teams are using you have seen they are running a Y hose.
We have been working on a NEW design Works Y Kit for:
KTM2022 -2024 (2025?) 250 SX-F-FE Factory Edition, 2023-2025 250/350 SX-F XC-F 2024-2025 350 EXC-F
Husqvarna 2022-2024 (2025?) FC 250 Rockstar Edition, 2023-2025 FC/FX 250/350FE 250/350
GASGAS MC 250F Factory edition 2023-2024 (2025?), 2024-2025 MC250F/350F
Not a peak yet but also available soon is the NEW better flowing Y Hose design Works Y Hose kit for the 250/350 similar but not the same design as the big $$$$$ Hard Parts Y kit that has 2 radiators to move the fitting angles around to use the older year Y design hose.
Moto Hose NEW Y Hose design still uses the stock radiators making it a much more reasonable $ price!
Colors: Orange, Blue, Red, White, Yellow and NEW Purple!

Do you have pictures of the 24 kx450 with the y kit installed. And also are the anodized alum fittings avail in black?

We are expecting to do our final test fit just to see if any minor trimming needs to be performed and take pictures of all of our kit colors in the next 2 weeks in time for them to be available for Loretta Lynns.
We are looking for someone local at ClubMX, South of The Border, Rock Hill Powersports or the Charlotte area with a 2024 KX450 for the test fit and receive a free set. We have also heard that a local Kawasaki Rep has one.
For the quick look check in the Vital MX Pit Bits at the 2024 SX or Outdoor Nationals for the Factory Kawasaki team KX450 that runs a similar design Black silicone Y hoses with stock OEM aluminum fittings. The Moto Hose Works Y Kit will look about the same but our Y Hose colors are Green, Blue, Red and Purple (no black) with either a Gold or Blue anodized aluminum fittings.
This our version 1 Y hose kit on Michigan John Grewe’s 2024 KX450
The Works hose is longer eliminating the in line temperature sensor moving it back on the cylinder like previous model KX’s
